The Tenso.Rig bars are solid B500B or S670 steel full threaded bars with full left-hand thread and a special profile.
The very durable threading is created directly by means of plastic deformation
These threaded bars have a vast and increasing field of application, given that their versatility and the use of suitable accessories (standard or specific) allow the development of new technical solutions or to improve traditional applications to make them more effective.

The Tenso.Rig pre-injected bars are made up of a full thread solid bar protected by corrugated SHEAT in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and by grout injection along the whole bar.
The lower part of the bar is encased and protected by a heat-shrink cap. In the event of having to join two or more bars together, it is recommended to use two short nuts, a long sleeve (to avoid an accentuated bending on the bars) and finally a heat-shrink sleeve (this operation is undertaken directly on site during operation). The head of the bar is made up of heat-shrink protection, a section of free bar (around 20 cm), a nut and a steel plate (flat or domed) with a central hole.
